Triple Trouble

Hello all...

This is my first time on the forum. I am lucky enough to have collected three Starcraft Cuddys. I have a 1968 18' Chieftan that I use weekly. It is bullet proof (at least so far). I have a 1970 Islander that I had to rebuild the outdrive and put in an inline six. I have had it out to the lake once since I bought it in May. The 22 footer rides well and is faster than the 18'. I have it working well mechanically but the interior has a long way to go.

The new addition is a 1978 Chieftan, 25' I think it is called a soft top. The problem is that nearly all the interior is missing. I am hoping that someone on this forum can help with floor plans for this beast. I did not realize that it was as big as it is.

I will try to get some photos tomorrow.

We came to the motherland of Starcraft lovers. Post some pictures of your boats, especially the big one. We'll get some responses and help you out.

You must live in the country to be able to keep three big old Starcrafts. I'm jealous.

Now down to business: PICTURES! It's just mean to tell us about 'em and not show us. Line 'em up all pretty in the yard and snap away!

Oops is right - do a lot of searching and reading within this forum and you'll probably find your questions have already been asked and answered. If not, the fellas here are happy to help. This is a really great group of folks here.

Welcome to iboats, home of many starcraft fanatics

There's a link in my signature to our brochures thread. Check it out, there is a "cruisers" brochure that has info on the huge tin cans like your new one. The 25' Mark IV are some big hulls.

Awaiting some photos of your collection, I hope to have a small fleet of tin cuddys like you someday
