Trim up not working

Hi All,
Have a 2020 Tracker 175 Pro Team with a 75hp Mercury outboard. The trim down works fine, trim up does not work. I have tried replacing both (up and down) relays and no luck. The up trim relay clicks but the down relay does not click, even after trying two different new relays. I reversed the blue and green wires to check the trim motor that worked. I cleaned the contacts in the relay harness and still have an issue. I did a test with a multi meter with the relay removed and when your press the trim up the blue/white wire to the relay hardness gets power. Also made sure the relay is getting 12v power (red wire) and ground. While frustrated, I kept click the switch at the bow and for a moment it worked, tried the same thing at the throttle and on the motor. Every once and a while it engages for a second or two then nothing again. I'm at a loss and not sure what to do. Trying to schedule service but my local BP is backed up for weeks.

The PTT motor seems good. the relays seem good. It appears the wiring is bad. I would check the trim limit switch.

You sure it’s the right relay you checked ? There are 3 relays in a row there, if she’s the 2.1l latest model of 75. Should test across the two pins at around 85ohms plus or minus 10 ohms max.
Anyway. All that said…if she is the newer 2.1l model. I have the same but the 115 version. Depending on what remote control you have..you may find that your trim wires have been pinched through to the bare wire and occasionally shorting out. And/or your switch in there is failing. I found this. A known issue, as it turns out.
