I have been trying to figure something out. My boat with a VolvoSX has one switch for "tilt/trim". I have noticed that some boats have both a "tilt" switch and a "trim" switch. So the question is... is this is feature of the drive (mercs maybe?) Or could i have seperate "tilt" and "trim" switches if i wanted?
(I am making the assumption that "tilt" is the action of lifting the drive for trailering or shallow water operations, "trim" is the action of fine tuning the drive angle/hull when down and running at normal speeds.
Just wondering (I am always worried that i might overtrim the drive "up" while running... since there is no real differance.
