trim/tilt problem on suzuki dt65 2001

when lifting motor with tilt button when motor reaches a certain position (nearly at top)it will not come back down again on the trim button.(you can hear hydraulic unit running)The only way to get it down is to slightly open oil screw until it lowers by itself.<br />ALso trim will not come down when boat is doing more than 7knots.<br /><br />Much obliged of any possible solutions

Sounds like there is air/not enough hydraulic fluid in the pump. There should be a fitting where the fluid can be added. I'm sure someone on this board will be able to tell you exactly where to fill it
