trim tilt on Evinrude 48 SPL

I need to get instructions on how to tilt engine (stuck in down position) to bleed hydraulic lift system and what hydraulic fluid do I use? (I know about putting the tongue of the trailer in a ditch or hole.) Thanks,<br />Ben

I can access that area of my 40 by removing the bolt that holds the lower end of the cylinder.
