trim/tilt issue (s)

I recently posted about having a try tilt issue, well I'm wondering if I might have another issue instead of the pump being the culprit. Is it possible that there may actually be a line partially blocked, if so how can I check while they're still on the boat. .....any ideas or suggestions?

Anything is possible but chances are slim the line is clogged. To check, loosen the lines on the outdrive and see if fluid comes out when the bottoms are pressed. If it doesn't go to the inside and do the same all the way back to the pump. My guess is the pump is the issue, but it's just a guess.
