trim tabs wont go up..

hey guys.. i am having some problems with my trim tabs. they go dowm fine, but will not come back up. the pump sounds like its working but nothing happens on either side. the only way i can get them to come back up is to disconnect the hydrolic line. also once they are disconnected they move pretty freely so they are not jammed or anything. any suggestions? thanks.

You might have a bad solenoid valve on the pump. Impossible to say without know what kind of system it is.

it's a bennet system.. if thats the case what should i do
