i just replaced the cylinoid for my t&t unit. it is now powering the cylinoid but not raising the motor. the only thing i can think is that there might be air in the lines from when i took off the clyinoid. can someone please tell me how to crack the line to get air out. thank you.

Solenoid?? Are you saying that you've replaced one (1) of the PTT relays in that unit? If so, are you saying that the electric motor is now running but the engine is not raising? Or is the relay clicking but the electric motor is not running?

You cannot simply jump to a conclusion that air in the unit is the problem. You need to take the time to explain more in detail exactly how that unit is acting.

Fill the PTT fluid reservoir to overflowing and make sure that the manual release valve is shut off.

In replacing the electric motor, a lot of the PTT fluid is naturally lost. Fill the reservoir... it may be necessary to fill more than once.

I'm not sure, when I removed the 3 screws on the motor there was a filter that I put on the same way it was taken off. There was also a some type of key for the motor to fit in so it may turn the gear.
