Having some issues on a boat I just boat last winter and trying to get fixed up. Sterndrive will go down fine, but when I hit trailer or up it just makes a clocking noise coming from the pump. If I hit the trailer button really fast a bunch of times it will go up and sometimes start off slow it seems like its building pressure or under a lot of load or something. Anyone have any ideas?
