Trim pump dead

I have a 1990 alpha one gen 1 IO, I raised the outdrive up after installing my outdrive to move the boat. Worked perfect, then a bad guy stole my out drive while in the raised position. When I tried to retract the trim cylinders so I could install the new drive the pump is dead no click just nothing no noise just totally dead. Battery tested @ 13v dc. Any suggestions to where to start looking.
Thanks:

Re: Trim pump dead

Did you look to see if the trim pump is still there?
Check to see if you have power to the trim pump solenoids.

Pump is still there, I don't think the bad guy even entered the boat. I will test the power to the solenoids. It is hooked up directly to the battery with the hot wire to positive and black wire to negitive, have checked the plug connection from the wire harness and the plug seems to be engaging alright. The one with the blue with white stripe wire.

Ayuh,... It's probably corroded wiring ends,...

Jumper a Hot wire to the Green(down), or to the Blue(up) terminals...
