Trim or Panel Help

I guess it's called trim or a panel. It is around dash, bow and seats. It's Black and wearing off and showing what looks like foam! It is a Yellow looking foam ?
Any way to touch this back up so it looks better? Boat is a 2000 Stratos and guages and switches fit into a plate, that goes into this trim. It's suppose to look like smooth.Like streached leather.
