Alpha One Gen 1 outdrive

Ok, another in a long list of issues I need to solve. Last year I replaced a trim hose that had what looked like a melted spot in the line and was leaking. It was pretty much at the end of the season and never took the boat out after replacement. Just got back from having the boat out at the lake for a couple days and noticed oily liquid in bilge. Inspected things and noticed the trim pump reservoir was lower then it had been. Nothing was leaking around the pump, so figured it was another hose issue. Today I went out to tear into it and I took the outer cover with the 2 bolts off and it was full of watery trim oil. Took the 2 nuts off the hose connection manifold and pulled it down to release even more oil.

So, my question is what could be leaking? I figure a possible issue is a loose hose connection? That would be too simple with this boat though :). What could be some other causes of a leak in this area? Could the manifold itself be bad? I inspected the hoses the best I could and didn't detect any wet oil on them. Any help would be appreciated!

Feel free to close this thread......

So apparently I'm a moron and didn't get the hose connections tight enough. Went back out and notice oil seeping out of the top of the forward hose connection. Got out the 7/16 inch wrench and it tightened it more then I should have been able to tighten. Even the back hose wasn't completely snug.....Oh well, at least I didn't have to fish in a new line. That wasn't very fun!
