Trim Motor Wires

My wires from my trim motor going through the transom are coroded. What exactly do I need to do to replace them. I have a manual but it doesn't give any info on this task.<br />Is there a easier way to replace them beside taking the ourdrive out?<br /><br />I have A Mercruiser 165 w/ Pre Alpa Outdrive

The senders have the wires attached and are sold as a kit. Check out (Ebasicpower.com) I bought my kit there. It is very time consuming around three hours.
