Check out EBAY, I see them there all the time. Also, there are quite a few places on the net that sell them. Google it.

I bought one from a local marine dealer last year. I'll dig around for the part# tonite. $250 was the best new price I could find. I took my old one to local electrical repair shop to be looked at first. It was too far gone to be rebuilt.

I have the same set up. To pull the motor there are only two bolts holding it in. They are easy to pull apart and clean, if thats the only problem. i rebuilt my tilt motor(almost identical) put new brushes in it and it was easy. If your not comfortable with that find a good electrical rebuild shop. A good shop is invaluable for that. Also are you sure its the motor thats shot and not the solenoid switch?

I took the unit off tonight and pulled the motor off...it was in BAD shape. all kinds of corrosion inside the motor and all the plastic pieces fell out in my hands. way beyond rebuilding.

Ive found 1 and guess ill need to get it
