When I try to trim motor down, it gets to the pistons, compresses them half way into their sleeves, then stops. When I toggle between up and down, it trims down more. But I have to repeat this 4 to 5 times before it is fully down. Checked the fluid level per factory manual and it is full. the manual release valve is fully closed Any sugestions?
