The right trim cylinder is leaking badly and needs rebuilt. The plan was to tilt the motor up as high as it would go, prop the engine, bleed off the system, remove the service cap slide out the internals rebuild and replace. The problem is that service cap will not loosen. I have tryed heat and alot of it I thought I might melt the piston in the cylinder, the pin wrench actually twisted the pins out. I've got to take the motor completely off the boat to remove the cylinder.
Any suggestions?
