2007 Key Largo CC with a Yamaha 115- I took the boat out it was running perfect, I put in on the trailer to take it and fill it up with gas, I took it back to the boat ramp and put it back in the water and then all of the sudden the engine won't start and the trim won't work, also nothing electrical (gps, ect) is working. I tried a different battery that I know works and that didn't solve the problem so I assume it is something else but I have no idea where to begin looking. We are on a family vacation in the Keys so I am trying to get this problem solved as soon as possible.... any help would be appreciated.

Use a voltmeter to do a voltage drop test to see where you are loosing the voltage at.

Could be bad connection on either end of cables and clamps, bad cable inside the insulation ,bad fuse, etc.
Just see where you have voltage and where you do not

There are fuses in the engine compartment for both of those. Sounds like the wires from your throttle are chaffed or shorted out and blew the fuses. Sometimes when these guys set the boats up the leave rough edges where they cut for the wires and it wear away the wire sheathing. Start from the front and work your way back from the throttle and inspect the wires. kid

Where the ground cable from the battery bolts to the engine block has corrosion in the connection. Take it off and clean it, then reconnect. Do this at least once every year. Spring is when it happens the most.

Yes, it could be something else, but this is the most common fault and costs absolutely nothing but a few minutes time to fix.
