After disassembly of my out board 90HP MERC 1989 3 cylinder I have noticed that the Mercury P/N on the trigger assembly differs from the one listed in the Mercury parts manual. P/N 99021A3 (manual) versus 99021A5 (part), can anyone tell me what the difference is between the two (other than the P/N). Are they interchangable?
Thanks
Will

The A-5 is an updated trigger or a trigger from another source or batch just a way for mercury to keep track of updated parts--bob

Ya - the "A revisions" are usually meaningless.

-W
