We had a tornado and 5 big pines came down around my house. The house was not hit but it took out a brand new car and my beloved 18' Alaskan. The port gunnels are bent as Is the upper part of the side, and a locker was destroyed, but the water line hull looks ok. It also took out the axel. My plan has been to jack the boat off the axel, repair the trailer, and then see how the boat does.

I've got two stumps as jacks in the back. My question is, will one jack do on the keel or am I risking more damage to the boat?

Bummer on the boat, sure glad the house is good and no one got hurt

One on the keel is fine. They do the same thing on boats a lot larger then yours
