I have a 1986 Formula 25 PC. For the longest time I was always pretty sure that our boat had a deadrise at the transom of 24 degrees. But recently I was noticing that most modern cabin cruisers of similar size to mine usually have a deadrise no greater than 21 degrees. No I'm beginning to wonder weather or not my boat has a deadrise of 24 degree. The specs in the old catalog don't give very good specs. I was wondering if anybody here could clarify what the deadrise of my boat really is.

Thanks Much, Dan

Re: Transom Deadrise

While I don't know about you're boat, I had a '69 23' Formula Cuddy that had a 23 degree V.
You can take the angle using a bevel and then measuring.
