I'm sure it has been talked or asked about! But I'm replacing my old LMS and new unit has different transducer. Old one is glued on the hull inside the boat. Near front of pad. Would it be a good idea to remove it and install new one in its place, or just mount on transom?
I appreciate the help!
Boat is a 2000 19 SS Extreme Stratos, 200 Johnson.
