Pick up the phone and give them a call. Ask them how thick it is or have them messure it for you. If they want to sell it they will find out for you.

Looks 3/4" or better to me, but it's hard to see. I made ducer plate from 1/2" starboard and the profile does not look that thick on mine.

Why not go to a corian counter top installer in your area and ask them if you can buy a small section of "scrap" (be careful of the scrap calling, they are very proud of their excess material). Corain is only 1/2 inch think, if you need anything thicker, the counter top installer can glue two pieces together.
Drill the two holes in the ends and mount on your boat. Be sure to drill the mounting holes for the transducer BEFORE mounting on the boat.

I am using one I bought from Cabelas several years ago. They do work great and I think 1/2 " is really thick enough to hold your transducer. I have 2 installed on mine.
