Trailer Work

I need to pull the boat off of my trailer to change the axle, rollers, and bunks. However, I cannot get the boat off of the trailer because of a bad tire. Does anyone know the proper way to block a boat to remove the boat from the trailer in the yard. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
