If you can't find them you could probably try one of those white tire markers you can find at the auto parts places for touching up the letters on tires and try to do it yourself.
Anyone remember "Porterwalls" I'm not sure of the spelling. White rings you could mount with the tires to make them look like whitewalls. Think 50s and 60s!
