Hi can someone please give me the registered or unladen weight of a 20ft trailer. I have a homemade trailer and there is a difference if it is less or more than 1000 lbs to register it.<br />Thanks Bob

I don't think anyone can tell you the weight of a homemade trailer without actually weighing it. You can take it to a public scale, truck weigh station, junk yard, or recycling center to have it weighed. Then you will know. ;)

Sorry I must not have explained correctly just needed an approximation so I would know witch forms to get at the DMV

I just weighed my trailer last spring.<br />20 foot , single axel w/14" tires w/rollers<br /> 600# Caulkins.

I have a custom built tandem trailer thats 24ft long tongue is 3x4 boxed steel, side rails are 2X4 and 3 crossmembers at 2X3 it weighs #1100
