I have this "Little Dude" trailer, no idea on the year though.
** This trailer holds/pulls my 15' Aluminum Gregor fishing boat. **

Already plan on taking a wire brush to the whole thing for surface rust, a rust inhibitor and 2 coats of black rustoleoum "stop rust" paint.

Also, have new keel rollers & shafts ready to go and a new trailer jack.

BUT .... the bunks...

How am I suppose to position them ? level like a table ? angled to hug the boat ? Whats correct and whats not ?

Also, how much of the boat weight should be on the rollers ? if at all ?

That is my only question to be honest ... Once I get this figured out, gonna take at it this weekend. Currently the bunks are straight parallel and level to the ground.

Ayuh,... The keel rollers are for loading, so you don't smash the hull on the cross members...
Bunks are for hauling/ supporting...
Match them to the Hull, not for looks..

I have a Little Dude trailer (it's a 1977) also that I have been refurbishing. The inside edges of my bunks were slightly lower than the outside edges in order for the bunks to comform to the boat's hull. For some reason the new keel rollers are slightly smaller in diameter than the old ones so I have to raise the keel roller brackets a bit to compensate. The bunk brackets were in a good position so I didn't want to mess with them. The weight of the boat should be on the bunks for proper support of the hull.
