I have a 1999 mercury tracker 75hp. On cold start the engine will not crank unless I have my perko switch on both batteries. ( 2 new 850amp ). even then it will turn over very slow. Once the engine warms up it will start ok. I'm not sure where to start looking for the problem. any advice?
