Towing with a Blazer

I have a 1986 V10 Blazer and was wondering if I could tow a 36 Contender? My friend has one and we wanna take it down to florida. His truck needs a new transmission and we planned goin later this week.

If it is a S10 Blazer forget about it. If it is a V10 then I would need more information as I have never heard of one..

Im back from Florida and we went ahead and used the blazer. No problem what so ever. Its a K5. Just thought i would update yall.

One thing you want to watch out for if you're think of towing with a blazer: at some locations a tuxedo is required, or at least a suit and tie.
