Towing a SeaDoo GTX

For all of you SeaDoo riders, I have a quick question:

Just got a 1996 SeaDoo GTX-3 with a freshly rebuilt engine. It has 5 hours on it because the original owner wasn't thinking and accidentally hydrolocked the engine by running water prior to running the ski for his flush out.

I plan on towing this thing behind my boat this summer, and I don't want the same thing to happen to me (I saw the repair bill). I know I have to shut off incoming water to the ski prior to towing, but I want to make sure it's done correctly.

There are 2 incoming water lines that are run to the cylinder head and a single water line from the head to the exhaust. I'm pretty sure (from what I've read) that the single hose to the exhaust is the one I need to block off to keep water from entering the cylinders. I plan on using inline ball valves because there is going to be a lot of towing over the summer.

My question is:

1) Do I just block off the single line to the exhaust manifold?
2) Would it be better to block off both incoming water lines to the cylinder heads instead?

It is a 1996 787cc (110 hp) GTX-3.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
