Switched to Vonage and so far it's great, only thing, don't know how they would charge for International calls. <br /><br />I am on the $14.95 plan, 500 minutes a month, long distance included (any where in USA and I think Canada)if you need unlimited it's only $24.95 a month.<br /><br />Set up payments on my debit card, don't have to think about making the monthly payment, ect.<br />Spud

Hay BC check out Worldline if your in Vancouver 3.95 a month unlimited long distance one land line and a cell for that price.Supposed to be in Miami shortly or already

where to start, <br />I have SBC at home with DSL. SBC screwed up my account and I was paying for 2 cell phones that I did not have, also some one pro DSL and my DSL. Took 4 months to get it fixed! As soon as the contract is up I'll get rid of the home phone (now have a cell) and go cable internet!<br /><br />AT&T I do not use ever! They sent me a NON customer bill for NOT using them! no I did not pay it, and they droped it! But still I will never trust them,,,,,,

Still aint fixed folks. What a bunch of morons.<br /><br />They cant transfer the balance because they need some paper from the bank. Funny thing is, they knew this last week, but never told me. Didnt tell me the 3 times I called this week that I needed it. Idiots just kept putting in for transfers and the transfer wouldnt work.<br /><br />Got a supervisor on the line and he finally found the problem.<br /><br />Oh yea, but it will take 5-7 days now to fix the problem.<br /><br />What a bunch of morons!!!!<br /><br />Ken

We'll finnaly got it resoved. I cut MCI off and changed to AT&T.<br /><br />Then MCI had the gall to send me a bill for 10 dollars saying I was late on the bill.<br /><br />OF COURSE IT WAS LATE, YOU CREDITED IT TO THE WRONG ACCOUNT!!!!<br /><br />Took another 20 minute phone call today to get that one fixed. Of course they played the transfer game, second person wanted to transfer me, I said NO WAY FIX IT NOW.<br /><br />I thanked them for finally getting the customer service right, but too late, they already lost me.<br /><br />I was quite proud of my self cause no swear words were used throughout the entire process, that is pretty good for oilfield trash!!! <br /><br />Ken
