Torque values and sequence for exhaust manifolds

I'm replacing the exhaust manifolds and risers on my 2005 Volvo Penta 5.7GI-E. Can you tell me what the torque values and sequence are for this motor?

20-26 ft.lbs. for the exhaust manifold to head. No pattern specified.
Then for the riser gaskets, follow the instructions that come with the new metal shim gaskets. Here is also the service bulletin that shows further detail.
