torque specs

I have a E200STLCEB ( 1989 200 evinrude) need torque spec for stator and flywheel , and im putting an electric fuel pump on, how big does it need to be to keep bowls full ? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Flywheel 140-150 Ft. lbs. clean and dry.

Stator screws 120-144 inch lbs. loc-tite on threads

How are you switching the electrical fuel pump? If motor stalls, pump should stop pumping with key on.

I was gona hook it up to key switch or a toggle switch. It has the vro so im gona buy a cheaper electric to put on it. any ideas on how big it needs to be?

Can`t help you with electric fuel pump, but.

Should be marine approved fuel pump.

Located within 12 inches of engine.

Pump must stop running if engine stalls and key switch is still on.

May need relays, pump may draw more amps, then switch will handle.
