1985 Evinrude 20HP Rope Start<br /><br />I noticed that the area just below the flywheel becomes a little wet after running with fuel. Would this be a sign of the top seal needing replacement.<br /><br />How difficult is this to replace and what are the steps required. Any help is greatly appreciated.<br /><br />Thanks
