This is a Snap-on carb adjusting tool. It has about a 45* angle at the bottom. You rotate the upper knob which turns the lower 1/4 inch drive adapter. It does require the screw driver bladed socket also.

KD tools (avaliable at many parts stores) may also have a flexiable style driver that may do the job.

Do you have a part number for the snap on tool?

I went to I believe Autozone. They sell the driver with a flexible rod and 5-6 sockets for GM/Ford etc. Didn't cost that much.

Just a note. Those are idle mixture adjustment screws. They will only affect idle quality and not change much else.

I really had to put my hacker skills to use to come up with a combination that I could squeeze in there. Couldn't see spending a ton of $$ for a tool I would not use but once or twice.

Re: tool for adjusting mixture screws

Just thought of a trick I used to get one adjusted where my expensive, fancy looking angled, adjust from a standing position SnapOn wouldn't get to.
All I did is took a small 1/4"drive socket that Just fit over those idle adjust screws. Smacked the end with a hammer a few times to make it an oval shap that caught on the adjusting screws and it was long enough and big enough around to adjust with my fingers.
I think I used it on an old OMC carb years ago. Haven't used it since. But probably still have it somewhere.
