I noticed an approx 1/4" OD rubber hose coming out of the lower unit forward of the shift rod. It travels up the underside of the motor and dead ends under the pivot tube/steering arm area. It has a plug in the end of it. In the manual they list a Tohatsu speedo and water pressure gauges as accessories. Does this hose have something to do with one of them?
