Tohatsu MFS30D WOT & rev limiter issue??

Hey guys! I have a new MFS30D that engages the rev limiter at 6200rpm. My manual says the WOT for the 30hp is 5500-6500 and the rev limiter kicks in at 6700. Do any of you have a 30D and experience the same issue? Or are you able to achieve the 6500rpm / 6700rpm? I am thinking there may be an issue with the ECU. Thanks!

You could have an ECU for a 25.

Yes thanks, I thought of that and checked to confirm the correct part number is in fact installed.
