Hello guys, have you ever experience with motor Tohatsu mfs 40 for stroke - I have problem with leaking engine oil ( minimum quantity of oil over the top of the back side silentblock ). Thanks for advice. George
I've never had one leak, but the engine should go into a dealer for warranty service rather than trying to diagnose it here...If you really want to figure it out yourself, run the engine with the cover off and see where the oil is coming from. I don't advise that since I had a consumer fall onto a running engine once and blame everyone but himself. Coffee is hot
Thank you very much for your advice. I work as a mechanic of marine engines. I have already took engine apart for three times. Seals are changed. Leaking is minimal but still remains. I was not able to find the spot or the place of leaking. Engine is from the 2014 collection. I would like to know if anybody has similar or same problem with this model.
