I am having an issue where my oil light and alarm is going off the whole time that I am in gear. I have done the steps in this post with no luck http://forums.iboats.com/forum/engi...-outboards/410529-tohatsu-m90a-oil-light-pump. I have also tried disconnecting the oil level sensor. I have done the troubleshooting steps to test to oil level sensor in the service manual and the alarm gets louder when the float comes in contact with the sensor. I have a full tank of oil and when I have my boat in gear and turn the ignition key to on, the alarm stays on constantly, even when the oil level sensor float is not touching the sensor.
