I need help, I am trying to replace the water pump (impeller) but got stuck trying to take appart the lower unit, I disconnected the shift shaft and removed the 4 screws holdind the lower unit but so far the lower unit came appart about one centimeter and can not pull it out complete, any advise?

Patience, time and wedges should help you pull it out. Odds are the driveshaft is stuck in the crank splines.
