Tohatsu M70C - 2002

Having an overheat issue at 4800RPM. Replaced Water Pump (all components) its peeing strong, replaced Thermostat, plugs, fuel/ oil filters, separator filters, and Overheat Sensor Ass'y. I can't figure it out. Having trouble identifying a Certified Tohatsu mechanic in Louisiana area. Need solution ideas or mechanic recommendations.

2001 Twin Vee 20' Outrageous
Dual Tohatsu M70C - 2002 approx. 500hrs on each.

Use an IR thermopmeter to verify whether it is actually overheating, or you have a defective sender circuit.
