Sticky float/needle. Disassemble and clean the carb. Inspect the float valve needle... may need a new one. The carb kit is Part# 345871223M $54.74, available from any dealer (including me), and includes all the usual repair/replacement items (gaskets, float & needle valve) for that carb.

There is a small crack in the float guessing thats why it is getting to much fuel? How do I order the kit from you since you have been helping me out ? also do you carry the proper spark plugs for this motor?
thank you please let me know

You can drop me an email at the office: paul@obersheimersails.com, or call 716-877-8221. Yes, we carry NGK plugs. I will be out of the office until after Independence day, but Charlie can help you.
