Tohatsu M35B needs new carb. (1984? Blue hood)

I am looking for a replacement carburetor to fit on a Tohatsu 35 HP 2-stroke motor. The trouble is I cannot find a parts catalog that references the 35 HP motor. All catalogs reference 30 or 40.

Can anyone tell me if the Carburetor for the 40HP motor is interchangeable with the 35?
