Tohatsu M18C2 Question

Ok,

I know, older motor, but I am reading some conflicting information about this motor, The plate on the engine itself says M18C2, Serial number is 47066, I have read two different sources and one talks about fuel mix ratios, and the other stated the motor is a 4 stroke? this motor is an electric start, with remote control, no tiller handle, everything I am seeing based on this particular model number is talking about a tiller handle, so as normal with stuff I buy, I am confused, anybody a Tohatsu expert?

It's a two stroke. All of the 4's start off with MFS.
