Tohatsu 90tldi

Just a knowledge question. (no need any specifiuc details)
To remove /lower the bottom cowl on 90tldi can it be done by removing the apron (one bolt) than removing the bolts from inside and lower the bottom cowl ex to put longer battery leads or the engine has to be removed..

I put longer battery cables on my 2003 90tldi this year, and I didn't have to remove the lower cowl.

Neither one...Just pull whatever is in the way of getting to the solenoid.
