I have a newer Tohatsu 9.8. The engine starts first time and runs great at low revs when cruising around the harbor. When I go to higher revs to get on a plane the engine will sometimes starve and run very rough. If I pump the bulb the engine starts to run great then slowly goes back to rough after a 100 yds or so. It does not do this everytime say 2 out of 3 trips. I can't see any cracks, etc on the fuel hose. Often when pumping the bulb prior to starting the bulb does not get as firm as I would believe it should. Fuel tank vent works and is clear. Any ideas? Thanks, Aussiemade
