Tohatsu 50hp tldi won't start

Hi all. I've just purchased a boat with a 50hp tohatsu 2 stroke tldi. I've just serviced it and put new fuel in the tank. It wont start. Its getting a spark but just not even trying to start. Just cranking. Theres alot of pressure in the low pressure pipes fuel keeps being pushed out? Why is this happening anybody?

We need the exact model of the TLDI, not year.
Is this a tiller or remote model?
Is there fuel and air pressure at the fuel and air rails? How much?
Was the vapor separator drained before it was mothballed? Does it refill correctly now? Does the fuel feed pump power up and pressurize?
Did you follow the starting procedure in the owners manual? Are there any unusual indicator lights?
What do you mean, "there is a lot of pressure in the low pressure pipes fuel keeps being pushed out"? Out of where?
