Goto Tohatsu website and look up authorized service locations. I was able to get a used <br />shaft for one in Luisiana, they gave it to <br />me for about $50+ shipping to Wisconsin.<br />I suggest you call a service center on the coast<br />as they seem to have more used parts available.
