Tohatsu 35HP M35A carb problem???

Hi,
really stuck on this one.
I have a tohatsu outboard, 35HP. Model number M35A. serial 10682.
I have searched high and low for information on this engine but can not find it. I have come to the conclusion that it must not exist...!

It has a KEIHIM carb on it which i believe is playing up. I have removed it. Cleaned all jets, etc, but still not working. Has someone got a manual on how to repair these?

Your motor is super-obsolete. No parts are available for it, though there is a remote possibility that some other models' parts may interchange. What carb issues are you having? What method did you use to clean the carb?

Hi,
Thanks for you answer.
I took the carb to peices and cleaned all parts individually.
I have now put it back together, used clean fuel, etc. But it appears as if no fuel is coming up from ?sump? on the carb.
No fuel appears to be coming out of the jets.
There is a good spark at the plugs.

compression appears ok.

Can someone tell me if my M35A, will suit m35c or m40c. they look very similar.
