Tohatsu 25A 4 stroke 02'

As I look at the parts list for the water pump impeller I see 2 listings, 1 for serial # below 21500 (black bushing) and # above 21500 (white bushing). Anybody know the difference and what would happen using the different one. I have a white bushing impeller and need the black bushing impeller. Thanks.

The liner and housing are different. The first series lacked a sand drain. The impeller looks a little different too. The correct water pump kit can be ordered through any Nissan or Tohatsu dealer.
