Do you have the Factory service manual and parts catalog? If not, you need to start there. This conversion is complex, with a lot of small parts. This job would normally be done by a dealer. No, there isn't an SRC kit for the conversion. You use the same shift assembly; the internal shift rod gets replaced with the cable, and you remove the cowl-mounted shifter. Likewise, the throttle setup uses the same advancer arm. Any dealer can help you. If you'd like, you can drop me an email at the office: paul@obersheimersails.com

The Factory service manual is copyrighted, so it is not available for free download. The seloc manual is a start, but is very general, and covers a lot of motors -- not just yours. I highly recommend you get a Factory service manual, Part # 003-21050-1, $27.58, from any dealer, including me. I'll be in the office tomorrow (Wednesday) and can help you then. If you need anything, call 716-877-8221, 9-5 Eastern.
